As Tom mentioned in the RAMP chat a couple weeks ago, we are planning to attend an off-ice session that was offered to us for free at a new facility in Embrun. The session will accommodate the entire team and will include a mixture of strength, explosivity and strength activities/drills that are appropriate for the U9 age group. Details are as follows: Location: Max Athletics, 866 County Rd-3 (Notre Dame Road) Embrun (located on second floor above Feetures and Treasure Land Liquidation) Date: Friday January 9 Time: 5:00 pm - 6:15 pm
